TX3 Molten Salt Triple-offset Butterfly Valve
Suitable for thermal energy storage in industrial and power plants, the valve handles service temperatures between 260°C (500°F) and 600°C (1,112°F). The optimized design achieves zero leakage, featuring standard live-loaded Thermiculite or hybrid stem packing.
For operators of concentrated solar power (CSP) power plants, the Valtek® TX3 molten salt triple-offset butterfly valve provides stable operational performance, excellent tight shut-off capability and significantly reduced maintenance frequency under molten salt working conditions.
