Our custom R2 series segment valves are engineered for 8–19% medium consistency services. Featuring an optimized flow path for medium consistency pulp, the continuously expanding flow passage removes constrictions prone to material accumulation. This is achieved with an outlet flange one size larger than the inlet. Its V-contoured flow path permits low-capacity control with no risk of dewatering.
